If you’ve visited the Best Pick Reports Business Performance Center recently, you’ve probably noticed a few updates. Our Best Pick member qualification process has been conducted by our sister company GuildQuality since 2018, and we have now transitioned all of the BPR account management tools over to the GuildQuality system. This makes things easier on everyone!

How to respond to reviews
There are two different ways to respond to reviews.
Here is one way to do it:
- Log into your account and navigate to the Surveys tab and then to your inbox.
- Locate and click on the completed survey you’d like to respond to.
- Click the “Respond” button and type your response.
You can also respond via the Contacts tab:
- Once in the Contacts section, select the appropriate contact.
- Open the project information.
- Respond and choose “Save response.”
How to track leads
Lead tracking in GuildQuality is very similar to lead tracking in the Business Performance Center. The main difference is that the inbox of leads is separate from the analytics.
Where to find badges and embed codes
To find marketing collateral like badges and codes for your website, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account, and navigate to Profile in the left sidebar.
- If you are a Best Pick member, you’ll have a separate section labeled “Best Pick Reports” in the secondary sidebar menu that appears.
- Navigate to “Embeds” to find the code you’ll need for your website.
