We do not accept opt-in reviews as part of our research. All of our research is conducted by our sister company, GuildQuality, who initiates telephone interviews and email surveys with homeowners about their experiences with home service providers. This allows us to get an unbiased and randomly-sampled understanding of a company’s performance. If a GuildQuality surveyor reaches out to you, we would love it if you could share your feedback with them.
However, we do take negative feedback very seriously because we want to make sure that all homeowners can have a satisfactory experience with a Best Pick company.
