The best homebuilders, remodelers, and home services contractors understand and respect the influence their customers have on the long-term success of their business.
For Best Pick members who opt in to continued surveying of their customers, we offer a few options. One of those options is SMS (or “light”) surveying.
We want to kindly remind all our members who text homeowners that business-to-consumer texting is regulated by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or TCPA. Thus, care must be taken to ensure your texting campaigns aren’t violating the TCPA.

We develop your company’s rating according to all the survey data we have about your company spanning the past three years.
If your team has corrected an issue for a client who has already completed their survey, we do offer the option to resurvey that client at no additional cost. Once you speak with the homeowner, there are two ways to request a resurvey: Send the homeowner a follow-up email confirming that they’re satisfied and asking
Best Pick Reports uses our neutral third-party partners GuildQuality and pulseM to survey your customers during the qualification process. During the survey, feedback and comments from the customer may be collected, including an overall review for your company.
