Email surveying is one of our in-house research methods. We can offer this qualification route to you if you fit one of the following criteria:
- Your company did not pass our minimum review thresholds via Google and therefore need to submit names for in-house research
- Your company passed our minimum review thresholds via Google and you want more reviews to publish on your Best Pick online profile.
Email Survey Process
To deploy a successful email survey campaign for your company, we need an accurate customer data list. And most importantly, we need accurate email addresses for everyone on the list.
We currently work with our sister company GuildQuality for email survey campaigns. Each campaign can take up to 60 days, and homeowners on your list will be contacted up to four times. Emails are sent on days 1, 6, 13, and 60. Once a homeowner responds to the survey, they will not receive follow-up or reminder emails.
Email Survey Questions
Our email survey has eight questions total. The first prompt asks the customer about the type of work your company did for them. The next five questions are answered on a scale of one to five stars. The last two are open text fields that let your customers add specific remarks and additional comments about their experience with your company.
The Likely to Recommend question and the Type of Work prompt (not included in the above image) are required. The remaining questions are optional for the customer.
Communication, Quality of Workmanship, Professional & Organized, Value, and Likely to Recommend give us a well-rounded set of star rating questions. This helps us develop the Overall Satisfaction score, which is calculated by averaging all of the star ratings together.
Remarks has a prompt of “Please describe your experience with this company in 2-3 sentences.” Additional Comments is a default question that is added to the end of every GuildQuality email survey.
