Best Pick Reports uses our neutral third-party partners GuildQuality and pulseM to survey your customers during the qualification process. During the survey, feedback and comments from the customer may be collected, including an overall review for your company.
To maintain the integrity of the survey process, we are unable to remove a review or survey once it has been completed by the customer with the exception of:
- The customer provided feedback for the wrong company.
- The customer did not pay anything.
- The review clearly indicates that no work was actually performed.
