Phone Survey Process
To have a successful phone survey campaign, we need accurate customer information from you. Most importantly, we must have the following for every customer on your list:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Job date
Our call center team will call each customer on your list and ask them about their experience with your company. The call center agent will also ask the customer to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best. This is the data we use to qualify your company for the guidebooks. If the customer gave the call center agent any specific feedback about their experience, those details are transcribed and published on your company’s online profile.
