Is there a difference between print leads and digital leads? No, any leads received through the Best Pick Reports network, whether digital or print, will be charged based on our Per Call billing structure.
How do I know if a lead is from print or digital? All leads will still appear in your Business Performance Center. Digital leads will be tagged as ‘PPC’.
Are the quality of leads different? While the quality of the lead provided to you should be the same, the homeowner experience is slightly different. A lead received through print is a homeowner who specifically picked your name out of one of our guidebooks. A digital lead is a homeowner who completed a more general, digital search, looking for any contractor in their area that provides the type of service they need. This means that the digital lead may not be as familiar with your specific company but is just as eager to have their project completed.
Can I choose to turn off digital leads? Though we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to diversify your leads, we understand that sometimes the volume needs to be dialed back. Best Pick Reports’ digital leads allow you to:
- Choose the specific day/times you’d like to receive leads
- Choose to limit the number of leads you receive per day
- Pause/resume different lines of service and zip codes
