Billed Leads vs. Non-Billed Leads

We don’t charge for any calls under 30 seconds, even if that call results in a potential lead for you.

We listen to all calls 30 to 60 seconds in length for customers on per-call billing. We flag robocalls, autodials, and solicitors; you will not be billed for those calls.

On the per-call program, we don’t charge for any duplicate calls within a calendar month, such as the same potential customer returning a call or rescheduling an appointment. This does not include multiple calls made by a potential customer to your company looking for different categories of work (e.g. someone calling to ask about siding and then about roofing). Calls from the same phone number for different types of work are considered separate leads, so those are charged as individual calls.

We don’t charge for any calls made by 800 numbers, even if that call results in a potential lead, such as a lead calling from their place of business.
