The way homeowners search for home service providers has evolved. Web traffic largely comes from mobile devices, and many people now use search engines and AI tools to research companies and services.
To support this shift, we’ve updated our online profiles to use structured content. This gives the profiles a more modern appearance and displays information in a format that is easily scannable by humans and machines.


What Isn’t Changing
Our print profiles! These updates apply only to online profiles.
The main sections of your online profile are not changing. Each profile will still include the following sections:
- Services Offered
- Services Not Offered
- Warranty
- Company History
- Distinctions
- Employee Information
- Additional Information
- Minimum Job
What Is Changing
- Online profiles are no longer space limited!
- We’re adding room for more information. Online profiles will now also display:
- Availability (e.g., Emergency 24/7, same-day service, weekend service)
- Satisfaction Guarantee
- Free Estimates
- Fee Structure
- Promotional Content (Ongoing promotions or discounts you routinely offer)
- Most online profile content will now be displayed in list form.
- If your company appears in multiple service categories, your online profiles can display different information for services offered and not offered, warranty, minimum job, estimate details, and satisfaction guarantee. All other data displayed will be the same for your company’s profiles across all service categories.
